Construction work at the School Lane site is progressing well, the ground works are completed and the walls are now starting to rise above ground. There are four homes included in this project, two 1-bed and two 2-bed, it’s planned that they will be ready for handover to the CLT by the end of the year.

PV CLT’s next task is to encourage potential tenants to apply for these homes. Applications must be made through the Gateway to Homechoice website: https://www.gatewaytohomechoice.org.uk

The trustees have arranged a ‘Drop-in’ session for applicants to get help with the application process, which is at Hollesley Village Hall on 28^th June between 3:00 and 7:00 pm.

If you know of anyone who has lived or worked on the peninsula for at least 3 years who requires an affordable home to rent, please encourage them to come along. Representatives from the Council, Orwell Housing Association and Trustees will be on hand to help and offer advice.
