“Topping-out” PVCLT’s affordable homes
A topping-out ceremony was held on the 3rd of November of the new homes being built at School Lane Bawdsey. The developer Crocus Homes, builders Brooks & Wood, the sponsor The Old Felixstowe Brewery Co. and Peninsula Villages Community Land Trust (PVCLT) Trustees attended the event.
The ceremony took place on the roof of one of the affordable homes built for PVCLT. There are four affordable homes, two 2 bedroom and two 1 bedroom, completion is scheduled for early 2023.
