Key partners
As a CLT, we work with a number of partner organisations to deliver affordable housing projects.
Many of these provide access to expertise, financial capacity, grant support and advocacy for projects that will enhance housing provision in our area.
Peninsula Parish Councils
Alderton Parish Council
Works for the benefit of the village of Alderton. The village has a post office and village shop, a public house, a doctors surgery, allotments, a bowls club, a children’s football team, adventure playground and playing fields.

Operates in the village of Bawdsey, lying at the end of the Deben Peninsula. The village has a parish church, two working farms, a Church of England primary school, a village hall, a recreation ground with tennis courts and a children’s playground.

Is the administrative authority for the county of Suffolk. It is run by 75 elected county councillors representing 63 divisions. It is a member of the East of England Local Government Association.
