We gain access to your expertise in all aspects of affordable housing, your financial reach and grant access as a Registered Provider.

Meanwhile, you get our help with community consultation and advocacy for projects, which is less work for you in terms of consultation.

Just as you might open doors for us to mainstream lenders, we can also provide access to funding opportunities you might not have had before.

CLTs are able to access funding that mainstream housing associations cannot access, such as the Social Investment Fund or the Community Buildings and Housing Fund for pre-development costs.
