Understanding the area

All villages within the Peninsula Villages Community Land Trust (PVCLT) are within the Suffolk Coast and Heath’s Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (ANOB). This provides much open space and heath land with some forestation. The main industry around all the villages is arable farming.
